A beautiful antique, late Victorian diamond and pearl mourning ring. Crafted in rich buttery 15ct yellow gold with cut out detailing filled with black enamel, the gold is finely engraved with a square head. The head is set with a small diamond chip surrounded by creamy seed pearls to make up a forget me not flower. The inside of the band is engraved WCMB 1900.The diamond is approx 1.1mm. It is a well made ring with lots and lots of detailing. Fully hallmarked for 15ct gold, 1900 with sponsor mark. It has been well loved and well worn. Good used condition overall, some age commensurate wear and tear, a good amount of the enamel inlay has been lost, there is a small piece of gold missing from the back from the cutout design, one pearl replaced.
