Antique Victorian 10K 14K gold black enamel pearl ring sz 7

  
Here is this fabulous antique solid gold ring made from a 10K Victorian Talie D epargne top with a 2.5 mm natural pearl center and long-ago it has been applied to a thick and chunky antique Victorian or Edwardian solid 14 K gold band and setting. This took place in the mid 20th century quite often as the antique Victorian jewelry was wearing out the jewelers would piece back together and create a marriage of antique pieces. This ring weighs 6.5 grams and it is a size 7. The top measures over 18 mm north to south or around 3/4 inch.

Under microscope the engraving shows little wear and is very well done and there's only a tiny bit of wear to the fine detailed black enamel. The band has a big bold 14 K marking on the inside and it is a very wide 5.3 mm band that is thick and sturdy. Please see the pics this is a gorgeous ring in excellent antique condition ready to be worn and admired.
