ANTIQUE VICTORIAN ENGLISH 9K GOLD PEARL BLACK ENAMEL MOURNING BROOCH c1880. An antique English 9 carat gold (tests thereabouts) mourning brooch, with black enamel decoration and applied leaf highlights around an onyx cabochon inset with a gold & pearl star.

With a glass locket to the reverse holding an old hair memento. Very collectible & wearable too! CONDITION : Slight signs of wear commensurate with age and use. Traces of old solder to applied decoration. DIMENSIONS : 31 mm diameter (1 inch = 25.4 mm).
