Beautiful 16K yellow gold Georgian period Momento Mourning ring set with a central moonstone that flashes blue when viewed with the writing wrong side up. The main stone is surrounded by rose cut diamonds, all stones are in closed back settings.

The wavy band has a black enamel with raised gold lettering, "CHARLOTTE SQUIRE DIED 12 APR 1771 AGED 49".
