Antique 9 CT Gold Black Enamel Seed Pearl Mourning Brooch with Hair Window

  
A stunning 9 ct yellow gold mourning/memorial brooch with black enamel and a floral design in the centre set with seed pearls. The back has a piece of woven hair behind a glass window. The brooch isn't marked but has been tested as solid 9 ct gold. This is estimated to date to the Victorian period. This will come in the antique gift box as shown in the photos. In very good antique condition with no missing pearls.

There's one tiny pit/chip to the enamel which is only just over 1mm in size, so barely noticeable. Dimensions: 3.8 x 3.3 cm. Materials: 9 ct gold/enamel/pearls/unknown metal pin.
