ANTIQUE ENGLISH VICTORIAN 15K GOLD BLACK ENAMEL & PEARL SHIELD STICKPIN c1880. An antique English, solid 15 carat gold (tests thereabouts) stickpin; its shield-shaped head with vitreous black enamel surrounding a split pearl, and a tiny glass locket to the back holding an old hair memento. CONDITION : All original and very good. Slightest signs of wear commensurate with age and use, small crack across pearl - see pics.

DIMENSIONS : Head 10 mm square, 3 inches long overall (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.
