Art Deco Style Gold Plated, Black Enamel & Swarovski Crystal Brooch. A stylish Art Deco inspired brooch by Givenchy, as stylish now as when it was made. In 1952, Givenchy opened his own boutique featuring clothing, accessories and jewellery. Givenchy signed his pieces with a stamp and a logo on the clasps of the metal pieces, to show that it was one of his genuine creations. It's this signature and the classic designs that he used that make his pieces so collectible. Gold plated metal with black enamel details. Reverse side has a linear hammered texture. Pin and safety catch fastening. Marked with Givenchy oval cartouche on reverse. Some slight wear and tiny surface scratches to the gold plating. One of the tiny Swarovski crystals is missing. It isn't really noticeable and could easily be replaced. The second photo shows how it looks when worn, as a size reference.
