Beautiful Set Of 9ct Gold & Enamelled Royal Navy Cuff links by Gieves Ltd of London c. These are in fabulous condition with each part hallmarked for 9ct Gold, there's one tiny corner chip to one of the black enamel plate's but is hardly noticeable. The central RN crown contrasts nicely with the black enamelling with each plate joined together by a 9ct chain. Royally appointed and originally established in 1785 trading as'Gieve Matthews Seagrove Ltd', Gieves has a rich history as outfitters to the British Royal Navy.

Following the World War I, the company changed it's name to Gieves Ltd, trading from 21 Old Bond Street, London. They acquired the equally reputable and highly regarded British Army outfitters Hawkes & Co.
