Vintage 14ct Rose Gold Black Enamel and Lab-Created Ruby and Pink Sapphire Ring, Size L. The ring is vintage from the 70s of the last century. The ring is made of solid 14ct rose gold.

The ring features two faceted round stones - created ruby and pink sapphire in open setting. The inside diameter is 16.5 mm or British Size L. The ring is marked 583 (Russian mark for 14ct gold) with hammer and sickle in a star. Total weight is 1.9 gram. Please, see the pictures and read the description carefully.
